We currently have a vacancy for a Business Process Expert fluent in English, to offer his/her services, based in Luxembourg. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated into the development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.
Your tasks:
• Performing business data flow modelling with a mainstream toolset (ARIS);
• Management and design of business process architectures, process mapping and analysis using ARIS Business Designer;
• Business Interviews with process owners and key users, reporting;
• Business Process Management and Optimization also with respect to the applicable requirements.
Your skills:
• University degree with minimum 10 years of experience in IT OR non-university degree with minimum 15 years of experience in IT;
• Experience with a business modelling tool – preferably ARIS;
• Ability to facilitate business process analysis and design workshops – guiding business representative participants through the definition of business requirements;
• Ability to sensitively interact with business representatives within the project teams. To support and guide them through their involvement, effectively transferring knowledge of the solution to them.
• Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of French will be considered an asset.
